Roles & Responsibilities
Providing Quality Care Perform all nursing procedures, which include administration of medications, wound dressing and meal feeding. Assist Senior/ Staff Nurses during treatment and examination of residents. Carry out overall hygiene care for residents Accompany residents to participate in daily group exercises Any other duties as assigned by the Senior/Nurse Manager and Staff Nurses Training & Development Participate in relevant quality improvement and assessment activities. Administration and management Assist in maintaining residents' records on their condition and progress Educate family members of residents on the residents' health conditions and help them gain understanding on the holistic care provided.
