Senior/L&D Technical Writer

Job Responsibilities

1) Develop and maintain technical documentation:

• Create and update user guides, manuals, tutorials, and other instructional materials for L&D programs and tools.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and easy to understand for the target audience.
• Use a variety of media to create engaging and effective documentation, such as videos, infographics, and simulations.

2) Collaborate with SMEs:

• Work closely with L&D professionals, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy of technical content.
• Conduct interviews and research to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear and concise language.

3) Edit and proofread:

• Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, grammar, and style.
