What You'll Be Doing

• Own and scale affiliate performance across Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
• Lead and grow an affiliate team focused on these regions: set goals, build processes, mentor, and develop people into strong performers.
• Bring and develop your existing partner base (and continuously expand it with new high-quality affiliates).
• Negotiate and manage commercial terms (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), ensuring profitability and long-term retention.
