Senior/lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js/react.js) (Bogotá)

What you will do

• Develop scalable frontend and backend systems using our tech stack;
• Collaborate across data and platform team to organize work and create predictability in an unpredictable space;
• Optimize search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch to enhance query performance;
• Deliver high-quality software solutions and compelling customer experiences;
• Solve complex technical challenges independently or collaboratively.

Must haves

• Tech Stack: Node js, React, 2, ElasticSearch;
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience building scalable frontend and backend systems;
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment;
• Experience working on startups with 0-1 type products;
• Experience with design libraries such as Tailwind;
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React / NextJS, GraphQL, D3.JS or similar frameworks and libraries;
