As our Senior/Lead Recruiter you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA – sourcing, engaging, and closing world‑class talent. This intense, hands‑on role gives you full ownership and a chance to shape our team, velocity, and trajectory from day one.

Location: Remote – available in all countries with 4+ hour overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
