Senior/Manager, SerDes Analog Design

• Lead the team to complete the design, simulation and design document writing of analog circuits and chips
  
• Guide the layout and routing of the layout to improve the efficiency and quality of layout design
  
• Assist in product testing, debugging and application
  
• Guide the work of junior analog designers and write detailed design documents
  

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering with more than 10 years of working experience
  
• Solid understanding and experience in designing analog mixed -signal circuit blocks, including bandgap, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits such as de -emphasis, CTLE, DFE, CDR architecture and implementation, high -speed digital circuits (serializers, deserializers, counter...
