Job Description

  • Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with Ren Ci Hospital’s priorities.
  • Lead Organisational Development (OD) programmes and apply OD principles and approaches to translate Ren Ci’s values into clear systems, practices, leadership behaviours and staff experiences.
  • Lead staff wellbeing development and strengthen staff engagement to promote staff retention and sense of belonging.
  • Profile the organisation and staff to recognise achievements and to enhance staff attraction.
  • Support the HR Director on matters from management reporting, paper writing, policy review and project execution.

  • Work with the HR Director and key stakeholders to develop and implement organisation-wide staff wellbeing strategies which are aligned to Ren Ci’s strategic objectives for Care and Joy @ Work and referencing to MOH's Staff Wellbeing ...
