Job Description
- Take brief to identify client needs. To put together Feasibility & Design Proposals.
- Develop Drawings, sketches 3D modeling.
- Prepare Plans, Layout & Detailed drawings according to Specifications.
- Prepare Tender drawings & Documentation.
- Prepare authority & Technical submissions.
- Attend Project Site meetings & Authority meetings.
- Liaise with Client, Consultants and Local authorities.
- A flair for design and good sound technical knowledge.
- Meticulous, strong planning, good organization skills, Supervisory and good project management skills.
