The Role
Overview of the Role:

Be a part of our dynamic team to manage patients flow in Parkway MediCenter (PMC) to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience in the facility.

Work Location: Singapore – Woodleigh
Key accountabilities
Responsible for rendering excellent services and care to our patients and next of kin, upholding our company’s vision as the most trusted healthcare provider in the region.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Ensure patients are registered promptly and details are correctly captured in the system

Ensure accurate tagging of Corporate / Insurance / Government and any other direct billing in system

Ensure all appointments are captured accurately in system and follow up with clients, doctors and other departments promptly

Handle enquires, transferring of calls, taking down important mes...
