Senior(Principal) Facility Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of maintenance and repair plans to ensure stable and efficient operation of facility and utility systems.
• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities for systems such as HVAC, Fire Pump station, RO Plant, UPS, and Air Compressor.
• Monitor system performance, analyze data, and provide improvement suggestions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Make sure all facility operations comply with safety standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives through equipment upgrades or process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS teams to solve facility-related issues and maintain smooth factory operations.
• Participate in projects related to facility expansion, system upgrades, and the installation of new equipment.
