We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal Systems Architect to join our team. This role is focused on creating a clean-slate, modular automation architecture for heavy machinery control systems, with a strong emphasis on autonomy-readiness, interface contracts, orchestration patterns, and simulation-first development.

You will define the architectural foundation that enables scalable development across teams and supports future autonomous capabilities by design.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a strong background in industrial machinery and mobile equipment environments.

• Mining and tunneling equipment
• Construction and off-road machinery
• Material handling and industrial vehicles
• Forestry, quarrying, or similar heavy-duty machine ecosystems
