1. Project Management:  Manage ship repair and ship refit projects, from planning through execution and delivery. 
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. 
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. 
2. Technical Expertise:  Oversee progress and technical requirements for repair and refit projects. 
Interpret technical drawings, design documents, and specifications. 
Provide guidance and suggestion to production teams during execution. 
3. Quality Assurance:  Ensure all ship repair and refit work adheres to established quality standards. 
Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and classification requirements.
