SENIOR/PROJECT EXECUTIVE (PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT)

Job Overview:

As a Project Executive, your role will be pivotal to coordinate with superior or manager, consultants, authorities, construction team and internal departments to streamline project execution and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

At least a Diploma or Degree on Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture or other related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in property development, construction or consultancy company.

Job Requirement:

· Performing research and study to source for new business opportunities / land banks for the Company.

· Analyze new product trends and current market needs for future projects.
