Senior/Quantity Surveyor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform site measurement and taking off works.
• Manage site valuations and prepare contractual documentation, including progress claims, payment certifications, VOs, and final accounts for subcontractors.
• Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.
• Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.
• Assist prepare tender documentation for new project bids.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Glodon Software, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, etc.
