Senior/Tender Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Con)

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor, is looking to hire Quantity Surveyors to join their tender team based at their HQ office. What you will do Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks. Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing. Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals. What you will need Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
