This role focuses on improving website visibility, generating leads, optimising content, and ensuring our real estate listings and agent pages appear prominently online.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (keywords, bids, targeting, ad copy, budgets).
• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram (audiences, creatives, placements, optimisation).
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO across key pages.
• Improve technical SEO, site health, indexing, and structured data.
• Ensure property listing pages and their full addresses are correctly indexed and visible in Google Search.
• Monitor performance using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Optimise campaigns and website elements to improve CTR, conversions, and overall visibility.
