Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to existing and new content
• Support on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
• Assist in content audits and identify optimization opportunities
• Review published content for SEO alignment and readability
• Support content briefs for writers based on search intent
• Track basic SEO performance metrics and rankings
• Maintain SEO documentation and metrics trackers

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in content writing, blogging, journalism, communications, or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page SEO, keywords, search intent)
• Comfortable working with written content and research
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar
