SEO Lead Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Lead to own the organic search practice across a multi-client portfolio at Finch . This role exists to fill a critical gap in strategic SEO leadership, bringing conviction, structure, and hands‑on expertise to a practice that needs someone who can step in, define direction, and drive results without waiting to be told what to do.

This is not a specialist role with a lead title. The SEO Lead owns strategy end‑to‑end across technical, content, and authority pillars — while also serving as the first escalation point for performance risks, execution blockers, and client expectation misalignment. In parallel, this person will work alongside leadership to evolve the SEO service offering itself, setting quality standards and delivery frameworks that support consistency and scale.
