SEO Operations Lead

Responsibilities
Team Workflow Management
● Manage daily and weekly task allocation across the SEO team
● Track team progress, flag blockers early, and escalate when needed
● Support the SEO Director in running planning and review meetings
● Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items and ensure follow-through

Execution Coordination
● Translate SEO strategy from the Director into clear task briefs for Specialists
● Coordinate between SEO, Content, and Engineering teams to keep pipelines moving
● Monitor execution quality and flag issues before they affect performance

Reporting Documentation
● Maintain internal documentation: SOPs, workflows, and project trackers
● Consolidate team performance updates for the SEO Director on a regular cadence
● Support the Director in preparing reports and insights for stakeholders
