SEO Strategy Lead

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced SEO Strategist to lead SEO strategy across our clients.

This role exists to:

• define what matters most in the new era of AI & SEO (and what doesn't),
• audit sites and diagnose real ranking issues, ways to improve things, etc
• set clear priorities,
• and guide the execution team so strategy actually turns into results.

This is not a content role and not an execution-only position.

It's a strategy-first role designed to reduce leadership bottlenecks and bring clarity to how SEO is done across the company. You should have a very overheard understanding of how SEO, AI, and content systems work and can ideate strategy (programmatic pages for a client, adding more authority on their blog page, adding for LLM sections at the top of pages, etc. These are the things that matter, then you will work with SEO specialists and assign them work to actually implement these changes....
