We are seeking a Sephora Account Director to join our team on an 18-month maternity leave contract, based out of our Toronto head office. This role holds full accountability for the performance, growth, and evolution of our Sephora business, while also supporting select emerging retail initiatives. What you will do

This role is a core member of the Leadership Team, contributing to broader business strategy, cross-functional decision-making, and long-term growth planning. As a leadership team participant, the Sephora Account Director partners closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Education to shape priorities, align resources, and drive enterprise-level initiatives, while representing the Sephora business with a strong commercial and consumer lens.
