Sephora Stage Experience Lead Position

Sephora is looking for a Full-Time Stage Experience Lead at its West Vancouver location. This key position involves managing sales floor operations and enhancing client experiences across various departments.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare. Your leadership will inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional service while implementing Sephora’s selling strategy. You will also focus on team development through coaching and performance assessments, as well as supporting innovative technology training and event management.
