Job Description

Panormos Village Hotel , is looking for a proficient waiter/waitress who will have the responsibility to offer an exceptional experience to guests. The successful candidate will have the capability to take orders and deliver effectively alcohol drinks/beverages and food, maintaining at the same time enhanced quality standards for our guests. The candidate must be able to create a pleasant and welcoming environment, at all times, and constantly display feelings of positivity and calmness.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and guiding guests to their tables in the restaurant
Pleasant interaction with guests, grasping their preferences and making suggestions
Taking orders and serving food and beverages
Providing information about the menu
Thorough inspection of products concerning quality and taking corrective steps when needed to avoid customer dissatisfaction
