Server Administrator

Job Scope:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
• Monitor server performance, availability, and system health
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and capacity planning
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
• Ensure server security, hardening, and compliance
• Collaborate with Network, application teams, and Internal users
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
