* Knowledgeable of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
* Excellent verbal communication and interaction skills in order to serve BWW Guests and ability to create a personalized, positive and memorable dining experience.
* Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail.
* Basic mathematical skills and the ability to handle money accurately.
* Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
