• Implements the company's mission statement, vision, values, policies and standard operating procedures.
• Ensures Tapa King Standards on food quality are met pertaining to; Food Preparation, handling and cooking; Taste; Appearance; Serving size
• Inspected and cleaned food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food- handling practices.
• Ensures maintenance of kitchen equipment assigned
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
• Performs other related duties/ tasks that may be assigned to him/her
• Carefully and safely prepare food (portioning, chopping and storing) according to the company's standard cooking procedure
• Ensure that cooking oil is in good quality before use and follow the procedure of proper disposal of used materials
