Job Description
Job Summary:
The Team Lead for Data Center Server Service Engineering will be responsible for leading a team of service engineers to ensure optimal deployment, operation, and maintenance of high-density server infrastructure in a mission-critical data center environment. This role requires a strong foundation in server hardware, firmware lifecycle management, incident response, and team leadership to uphold SLAs and support 24x7 operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
Manage and schedule a rotating team of service engineers (day/night/weekend shifts)
Conduct onboarding, training, and upskilling programs for L1–L3 engineers
Perform regular performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching
Lead daily stand-ups and weekly operations sync meetings
