Location :- Bangalore

Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only

Shift timings and working days :- 24/7 Support, Rotational (day and Night Shift), 6 days

Communication:- Good comm skills

Job Description and scope of services :

• Rack door open with no keys inside Racks and Temperature Monitoring
• Rebooting or power cycling of equipment
• Inventory management (update on Portal with correct data)
• Reset frozen remote session
• Support requests to check physical network connectivity
• Plug in to a console port for remote management by customer
• Support requests to check the physical LED/ other indicators on the servers & devices. Send information to respective device owner & follow-up till get resolution.
• Issuing gate pass to the vendors and escorting vendors to the cage.
