Server Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise servers during assigned shifts
• Ensure service standards and proper dining procedures are followed
• Assign table sections and manage server rotation
• Support servers during peak hours to maintain service speed and quality
• Assist in handling guest concerns and service recovery
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery
• Train and coach new and existing servers
• Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and side work completion
• Report operational issues to the Dining Supervisor or manager.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Hospitality Management or any related courses
• At least 1 year experience as a Server or Waitstaff
• Prior leadership or senior server experience is an advantage

• Strong customer service and communication skills
