Server/Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu questions, including dietary restrictions.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Process payments (cash, credit, debit) using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash, give correct change, and issue receipts.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, server stations, and sometimes kitchen spaces.
• Upsell menu items and handle customer inquiries or complaints.
• Manage takeout orders and answer phones.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
