Service Accounting Associate 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Processes SSF requests from complex Legal Entities, with quality and within SLA (48 hours), as to the following:
     1.a Services
     1.b Asset Sale
     1.c Reimbursements
     1.d Transitory Items
     1.e Efficient system for distribution and corresponding quality checks

2. Provides data for the monthly / quarterly Stakeholder Alignment Reports 
3. Attends the MA Process Governance Jour Fixe calls, Stakeholder Engagement calls and MA Department quarterly meetings.
4. Delivers reports on time (e.g. Ticket Status Report) 
5. Prepares monthly / quarterly Stakeholder Alignment Report files for AccP/stakeholders for discussion of ticket status and statistics and other relevant matters with the Accounting Platform.

6. Supports the following roll-out during project phase until go-live.
