Service Activation Executive

Love being organised, detail-obsessed, and keeping things on track? We're building a new team in Malaysia and looking for a Service Activation Executive to support international broadband & Ethernet service activations.

What You'll Do
Process broadband & Ethernet orders using internal systems and portals
Chase order updates, manage escalations & keep things moving
Update internal teams and customers on order progress
Keep records accurate and processes tight
Work closely with overseas teams to deliver smooth service activation
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Super organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setup
Good with MS Excel, Outlook & basic systems
Telecoms / customer service experience is a plus — training provided
