Job Description
ACMobility is looking for a Service Admin Assistant to support the administrative operations of its Service Workshop. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day processes by assisting the Aftersales team with documentation, inventory tracking, customer coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including scheduling and filing
- Maintain accurate records of service orders, invoices, and other documentation
- Assist in customer inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Monitor inventory of parts, supplies, and tools
- Process payables and ensure timely payments to suppliers and contractors
- Prepare reports on service department and personnel performance
