Service administrator

About the Opportunity

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team and drive the administration processes for our busy workshop located in Clontarf 

This is an exciting role within a successful and growing branch that will present you with growth opportunities as you develop in the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Enter, monitor and maintain job data in the ERP system.
• Generate job packages / cards, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation.
• Support the workflow through the workshop and liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Prepare timesheets for the Service Team.
• Routine debtors and creditor tasks and ensure cash and account sales are processed.
• Provide administrative support across the branch.
• Coordinate deliveries with transport companies.
• Assist the branch team to comply with the WHS Management Plan.
