This is a full-time position that offers a wide range of tasks, where no two days will ever be the same! 

What you’ll be doing:
Customer Service: Creating service bookings, updating clients on their vehicles, and handling phone and email inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Data & Accuracy: Managing data entry, processing invoices, keeping customer records accurate, and handling daily paperwork.
Workshop Coordination: Scheduling updates and helping the service team stay organized and on track day-to-day.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in hospitality / customer service where you have a real flair for customer satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a knack for spotting the little things.
