Position Summary

Dearing Compressor is seeking a Service Administrator to work in its Industrial Service Department. The Service Administrator is crucial to the support and success of the department. This position is located in Youngstown, OH.
Primary Responsibilities

+ Receive inbound customer service requests, collecting all pertinent information to provide exceptional customer service.

+ Track all customer communication through NetSuite ERP system.

+ Provide support to service technicians, inside sales, and outside sales as required.
