ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for handling all front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work.
                                                                               
YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTION;

• Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
• Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
• Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
