Service Advisor

• With Bachelor's Degree
• With experience to Car Dealership industry.
• With atleast 6mos-1year work related experience.
• Able to communicate with customers regarding their vehicle concerns (i.e. OMS details/cost estimate).
• Able to maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and increased customer service satisfaction.
• Able to address customer inquiries regarding current services and standard processes per PMS interval.
• Able to update customers of their real time vehicle status.
• Able to inform customers in case an additional job is recommended by the technicians inside the service shop.
• Able to contact drop-off customers in preparation for Delivery/Releasing process
