We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Rola Volvo team as an Automotive Service Advisor (Customer Liaison & Workshop Coordination). This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle handover. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workshop workflow and minimising communication breakdowns. You will handle service bookings, manage customer queries, and proactively resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
