Minimum Requirements Grade 12/Matric Certificate Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Service Adviser in a franchise dealership environment Valid driver’s license Able to work under pressure and complete tasks and assignments on time Efficient computer literacy Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Book in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs Accurately capture customer concerns and service requirements Prepare and explain job cards, cost estimates, and timelines to customers Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicles an...
