Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for service customers - in person, over the phone, and online
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop loading
• Provide accurate estimates, explain service work clearly, and obtain customer authorisations
• Liaise between customers and the workshop, keeping both parties updated
• Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate
