Service Advisor

**DESCRIPTION**

Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Kamloops, BC.

This role will serve as first point of contact with our customers to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Provide high‑quality first‑line customer care, ensuring questions and requests are answered promptly and professionally.
+ Maintain regular communication with internal and external customers to understand changing requirements and expectations.
+ Act as a central communication point between technicians, parts, supervisors, and other advisors to support smooth daily operations.
+ Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality procedures, QuickServe processes, and regulatory requirements.
+ Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, positive attitude, and customer‑focused mindset.
