We're expanding our Daihatsu 4S operations and looking for a committed, customer‑oriented Service Advisor to deliver the trusted, reliable, and friendly service Daihatsu owners expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their service or repair needs
• Assist customers with service bookings & walk-ins.
• Prepare accurate job sheets, cost estimates, and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Update customers on job progress, additional findings, and completion time
• Ensure proper documentation for warranty claims and Daihatsu service standards
• Conduct vehicle check‑in and check‑out following 4S SOP
