About the opportunity:
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer
service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle
servicing. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our
clients face to face

Building and maintaining positive customer and employee
relationships

Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide
updates

Communicating with internal department teams to make sure all
vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as
promised
