About the role

Vespa Imus Cavite, under the corporate name of Danocars Trading Inc., is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service team, ensuring a seamless and professional after-sales experience. You will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, providing accurate service estimates, coordinating repair and maintenance services, and upselling parts & accessories upgrades for Vespa scooters.
