Service Advisor  
Location:  Maidstone Area 
Salary:  Basic £30,000, OTE of £38,000 
Organised Main Dealer! 
Manufacturer Training and Accreditation! 
Responsibilities Acting as the main point of contact for service customers 
Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs 
Preparing accurate job cards and repair orders 
Explaining recommended work and associated costs clearly 
Identifying and upselling additional repair and service opportunities 
Liaising with workshop and technical teams to manage workflow 
Providing regular updates on vehicle progress 
Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care 
Requirements Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar aftersales role
