Service Advisor

Job Description:

• Serve as the bridge between customers and our technical team
• Diagnose and assess vehicle concerns with basic auto mechanic knowledge
• Explain service details, recommendations, and repair timelines clearly to customers
• Prepare job orders and ensure accurate service documentation
• Provide excellent customer care from vehicle check-in to release
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
• Upsell services and promote preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in automotive industry or technical background
• Knowledgeable in basic automotive diagnostics and repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to be assigned in Rapide San Antonio Parañaque City
