Service Advisor

Job Summary

Acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. Responsible for vehicle intake, repair estimates, job coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customers and vehicles; document concerns
• Prepare and explain repair and maintenance estimates
• Secure customer approval and coordinate jobs with technicians
• Provide service updates and manage customer expectations
• Prepare invoices and assist with payment collection

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive role
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to handle multiple jobs simultaneously
• Experience with European or American vehicles is an advantage
