Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive in the establishments.
Responding to customer complaints
Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
Providing information about new and existing products and services
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Ensure customer lounge is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
Provide basic and accurate information in-person via phone
Keep records updated
Weekly inventory management
Making sales and processing payments
Call customers to advise them about service schedule
Complies and ensures implementation of all company policies, rules and regulations.
