Temporary Service Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Temporary Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd Land Rover retailer, Ripon .

This position is 12 months temporary maternity leave cover.

Salary: £26,000 with OTE of £34,000

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, with a Saturday rota

Role Responsibilities

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
